WELCOME TO THE SALISBURY RV PARK AND CAMPGROUND
Rules and Regulations:
· Fees are $20 per night per RV site or $350 per month for full hook-ups. Please use the drop box at City Hall (128 West 2nd Street) or pay the City Clerk directly. Each RV site rental also includes up to one tent per site. The rental shall be $10.00 per night for each designated primitive tent site on which up to three tents are allowed, with a limit of 14 days per primitive tent site within any three-month period.
· Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Site rental is non-transferable. Payment is due upon arrival for the entire amount of the stay or for one month at a time. If planning to stay more than a month, the following month’s payment is due before the prior month’s days have run out. Sorry, no refunds.
· All Federal, State and Local laws including Salisbury Municipal Ordinances must be followed at all times.
· Dispose of garbage appropriately; burning trash is prohibited.
· Water is for camping purposes only and not to be used for washing vehicles or campers.
· Fire is allowed in fire-pits only. Campfires are the responsibility of the renter and must be completely extinguished when vacating the site. Campfires are not to be left unattended and may, at times, be prohibited by order of the City of Salisbury Fire Chief or Chief of Police.
· Camping is restricted to no more than eight (8) people per site. Youths under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
· Camping is permitted in designated areas only. Walking through your neighbor’s campsite is prohibited.
· Vehicles are not to drive in or park in grassy areas and no parking is allowed on roadways, except that renters may park vehicles immediately off the roadways a distance of two feet into grassy areas.
· Noise restrictions are in effect each day beginning at 10pm and ending at 6am the following day. No loud generators, conversations, televisions, or other noise disturbances are allowed during these hours. Unsafe acts, rowdiness, loud music, drunkenness and the possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated at any time.
· Pets must be secured to a leash, reasonably quiet, under the control of the owner and never left unsupervised. You are required to pick up after your pet. No more than two pets are permitted for each site.
· The discharge of weapons, firearms or any other explosives or projectiles (including fireworks) is prohibited.
· RV and campsites must be vacated by 2pm to free the site for the next customer. Any site not vacated by 2pm will be considered rented for the following day and rental must be paid.
· Each site has one (1) picnic table. Do not remove or relocate any picnic tables without proper approval.
· No vending, advertising, concessions or solicitation of goods or services shall be conducted without permit and prior approval from City Hall. No advertising of or selling of campers or vehicles is permitted in the park.
· Damage to, defacing of or removal of any park property is strictly prohibited.
· The City of Salisbury is not responsible for damages, accidents or lost items.
Non-compliance of these rules may result in immediate loss of parking/camping privileges. City officials reserve the right to enforce or change these rules as deemed necessary and to limit the number of people or type of equipment occupying a site.

Directions: As you exit Potts Park, take a left on MO 129. Travel approximately 1.5 miles and take a left on 2nd St. The City Offices are located 3 blocks from the intersection of MO 129 and 2nd St.
